Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei told a gathering of military and police commanders Sunday that a nation will be blessed if it makes untiring efforts, adopts long term approaches and relies on God.

Ayatollah Khamenei also touched on the emerging movements in the region, saying "the blessed movements was a fruit of perseverance and bravery of the Iranian nation" and "more developments was on the way in the region."

The Islamic Revolution Leader said human being can adapt to the season of spring and its blossoming features and further blossom by making innovations and creative efforts.

Ayatollah Khamenei said human being would find a chance of blossoming by moving in the path of Allah. He said the secret of progress was in faith in God, perseverance against problems, and a long term and longitudinal approach towards resolution of the problems.

Ayatollah Khamenei described the phenomenon of Islamic Revolution in Iran as an example of such blossoming movements, adding that almost every analyst in the world believes that the current popular movements in the Middle East and north Africa was inspired by the uprising of the Iranian nation in 1979.

Ayatollah Khamenei said the Islamic Revolution changed the regional and international equations, including the Palestinian issue, and tore apart the formidable image of the world arrogance.

"The current regional movement was the result of a gradual accumulation of motivations, thoughts and decisions, though emerging at present," Ayatollah Khamenei said.

"The Islamic Revolution stands as a blessed tree with fruits of a 32-year perseverance having blossomed in its national dignity, political grandeur, advances in scientific and economic fields and successful perseverance against bully powers, helping it to ultimately become a model for the regional nations," the Islamic Revolution Leader said.

Ayatollah Khamenei said the Iranian nation also showed its successful resistance in its nuclear issue.

"In the nuclear issue, the arrogant powers exhausted all their political, economic and propaganda abilities to make Iran to relinquish its nuclear rights however the Islamic Iran overcame all their pressures and proved after eight years of resistance that it can outsmart the superpowers in the battle of wills," Ayatollah Khamenei said.

Ayatollah Khamenei said the Islamic Republic in its 32-year battle with the arrogant powers has made advances rather than surrender to their bully world order while the other side, particularly the US, has suffered setbacks and turned weaker than past.
