President echoed message of Iranians - Seddiqi

Provisional Friday prayers leader of Tehran Hojjatoleslam Kazem Seddiqi said on Friday that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had in his UN General Assembly session speech clearly echoed message of Iranian nation and of the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei.

Delivering his second Friday prayers sermon, Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi said, "Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the president, informed the world of the message of Iranian hero nation and of the Leader of Islamic Revolution clearly and transparently (in a speech) at the United Nations General Assembly."

Seddiqi reiterated that the president transparently and clearly expressed the message of the Iranian hero nation and their Paramount Leader, which is the message of dignity, campaign against injustice and resistance against blackmailers and non-submission.

While defining nuclear issue and the US' involvement in the incident of the September 11, President Ahmadinejad challenged the US, Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi added.

"We do not consider the remarks as those only belonging to the president himself rather as a divine gift to the (Iranian) nation," the Alim added.

Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi also condemned Quran burning in the US and said such a bold measure was a satanic plan and a big plot masterminded by the West and dirty Zionists.

He then highlighted the pressing need for extension of urgent help to the Pakistani flood-stricken victims by the world people.
