Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayed Ali Khamenei received a group of Iranian industrialists on Tuesday.

Islamic Revolution Leader emphasized that Iran needs more work and more work creators, so that it can move towards peaks of progress.

Referring to the importance of work and work creation from the Islamic point of view, Ayatollah Khamenei said that job creation, in addition to creation of wealth, is a ground for using human talents.

Islamic Revolution Leader said that Iran has turned into a workshop of effort, innovation and initiative nowadays and this is the first step in the process of progress and honor.

Underlining the country's basic needs for work and work creation, the Islamic Revolution Leader noted that two basic reasons, i.e. 'country's readiness for economic jump" and 'enemies' economic pressures' prove that Iran needs more work and work creation than ever.

Referring to the sanctions and imposed economic pressures by the hegemonic powers, Ayatollah Khamenei said that in order to confront such pressures, we should create a 'real resistance economy, which actually means work creation'.

Ayatollah Khamenei underlined that the nation and officials will undoubtedly bypass the sanctions and like the past three decades, will continue to make progress.

Islamic Revolution Leader required the government to do two basic works; precise management of country's financial resources and improving work and business atmosphere.

"Correction of regulations, elimination of bureaucracy and presenting correct facilities are among ways of improving business and work atmosphere," Ayatollah Khamenei added.

Islamic Revolution Leader also called on the industrialists to continue their efforts to better quality of domestically manufactured products and added that people know that consumption of foreign goods means unemployment of Iranian laborers.

Ayatollah Khamenei called 'illogical import' a 'big danger', adding that related officials should manage imports upon the country's real needs.

"Development of technical skills through more attention to technical and vocational schools and applied science colleges is necessary," Islamic Revolution Leader continued.

Ayatollah Khamenei recommended that the industrialists continue initiative and innovation in their products and added that in this concern they should pay more attention to satisfaction of consumers' tastes.

Some of the industrialists in the meeting presented their viewpoints and problems concerning their business.
