Collapse of the US affiliates such as bin Ali, Qaddafi and Mubarak, exit of the US from Iraq, Wall Street popular uprising and Palestine’s membership in the UNESCO are all signs that the US supremacy is declining, Tehran’s interim Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ahmad Khatami said .

Addressing the Friday prayers congregation in Tehran University campus, Ayatollah Khatami said western analysts themselves have admitted that the West’s liberal democracy is on the verge of collapse.

The US nation has set up tents in cold weather to make their voice of protest against the country’s statesmen heard by the world, he said.

The US has direct and indirect military interference in other countries' affairs, Khatami said, noting that the time of arrogance is over.

The US claims assuming global affaires while it is unable to handle its own domestic problems, said the Ayatollah, adding that all the US' anti-Iran plots have been foild thanks to resistance of the Iranian nation.
